Client Agreement – Initiate Advising

By scheduling a session with Initiate Advising, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

 

1. Services Provided

Initiate Advising provides academic consulting and advising services, including:

  • Individual Advising Sessions

  • Group Advising Sessions

  • Subscription Packages (3 Sessions, 6 Sessions, and 6-Month/24-Session Plans)

All advising sessions are conducted remotely via Calendly, Outlook, or Google Meet.

 

 

 

2. Payment and Scheduling

  • Payment is required upfront through Calendly at the time of booking.

  • Clients may reschedule sessions at no cost, subject to availability.

 

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be fully charged and are non-refundable.

  • To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment using your Calendly confirmation email.

 

 

4. Subscriptions and Expiration

Subscription plans must be used within the designated time frame:

  • 3-Session and 6-Session Packages: valid for 6 months from purchase

  • 6-Month/24-Session Plans: valid for 6 months from the first session

Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

 

5. Confidentiality

All client information shared during advising sessions is strictly confidential.
Initiate Advising does not share personal, academic, or identifying information with any third party without written consent, except when required by law.

 

 

 

6. Scope of Advising

Initiate Advising provides educational guidance and professional recommendations based on available academic information.
We do not guarantee admission, transfer credit acceptance, or institutional policy outcomes.
Clients are responsible for verifying final decisions with their respective colleges or universities.

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

By engaging with Initiate Advising, you agree that neither the company nor its advisors are responsible for any academic, financial, or personal results that arise from advising discussions or recommendations.

 

 

 

8. Agreement

By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the terms of this Client Agreement.
No physical or digital signature is required. Your continued use of Initiate Advising’s services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
